How much experience do you have in key and asset management?

Landwell was founded in 1999, therefore it has a history of more than 20 years. During this period, the company’s activities included the manufacturing of security and protection systems such as access control system, electronic guard tour system, electronic key control systems, smart locker, and RFID assets management systems.

How do I chroose a right system?

There are a few different cabinets that we offer. However – this question is answered by what you’re looking for. All systems offer the features such as RFID and biometrics, web-based management software for key auditing and most other things. The number of keys is the primary thing you’re looking out for. The size of your business and the number of keys you need to manage will help you decide the right system that your business may need.

What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contact us for further information.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

Do you also ship to countries where there are no partners yet?
When I receive my order?

For i-keybox key cabinets up to 100 keys approx. 3 weeks, up to 200 keys approx. 4 weeks, and for K26 key cabinets 2 weeks. If you have ordered your system with non-standard features, the delivery time may be extended by 1-2 week. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union, Alipay or PayPal.

How long are the systems under warranty?

We take pride in the quality and durability of each and every product we make. At Landwell, as well as providing innovative solutions to meet project needs, we also know that reliability and peace of mind matters to our customers, that’s why we’ve introduced a new exclusive 5-Year Guarantee on selected products.

Where are the systems produced?

All systems are assembled and tested in China.

Can I change my order?

Yes, but please report this as soon as possible. Once the delivery process has begun, a change is no longer possible. Special designs cannot be changed either.

Do I need a license before using the system?

You have obtained long-term license to our key management software since the first key system ordered was enabled.

Are there any other screen sizes?

7" is our standard screen size, customized products are subject to specific conditions. We can provide more screen size options, such as 8", 10", 13", 15", 21 ", as well as operating system options such as Windows, Android, and Linux.

How many keys can a smart key cabinet manage?

Varies by model, usually up to 200 keys or key sets per system.

What will happen with the system during a power failure?

Keys can be removed urgently with the help of mechanical keys. You can also use an external UPS to ensure system operation.

Key Control Software is cloud based with simultaneous data backups on secure servers.

what happens when the network is disconnected?

Existing authorization is not affected in any way, and administrator functions are limited by network status

Can I use our existing RFID staff cards to open the system?

Yes, our key cabinets can be equipped with RFID readers that support all common formats, including 125KHz and . Special readers can also be connected.

Can I integrate my card reader?

The standard system can’t offer this option. Please contact us and we will help you choose the best solution, which suits your needs.

Can I integrate with existing systems, such as access control system or ERP?

Yes.

Can the software platform be deployed on the client's server?

Yes, the software platform is one of our marketization solutions.

Can I develop my own key control program or applications?

Yes, we are open to the needs of users for their own application development. We can provide user manuals for embedded modules.

Can it be used outdoors?

This is not recommended. If necessary, it needs to be protected from rainwater and placed within the 7*24 monitoring range.

Operation

Can I install the systems myself or do I need a technician?

Yes, you can easily install our key cabinets and controller by yourself. With our intuitive video instructions, you can start using the system within 1 hour.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

How many people can be registered per system?

Up to 1,000 people per i-keybox standard system, and up to 10,000 people per i-keybox android system.

Can I give user key access only during working hours?

Yes, this is a function of the user schedule.

How do I know where to return the key?

Illuminated key slots will tell you where to return the key.

What if I return the key to the wrong position?

The system will sound an audible alarm, and the door will not be allowed to close.

Can the key cabinet be managed remotely like a vending machine?

Yes, the system allows remote control by a offsite admin.

Can the system remind me before key overdue?

Yes, just turn on the option and set your reminding minutes on the mobile app.
